Art Show Curator

Our Art Show has a solid 35 year history. Artists come present their creations at our show, and we facilitate the display and sale of artworks. In recent years has been reinvigorated with new panel and workshop content including special artist guests of honour. It is a great environment to join the convention committee team to bring your organizational skills to ensure the space runs smoothly and all artists and special guests have a great time.

Promotions Department Co-Head

Our Promotions team is geared to let all fans of Ad Astra, old and new, know about our upcoming convention. The position will work as a co-leader of the team with our seasoned co-leader veteran, learning all the dynamic ways we get the word out, and having a lot of fun in the process. A lot of organization skill and attention to detail and schedule is required, with the excellent reward to see the convention and all the new fans who come to enjoy Ad Astra.

Advertising and Sponsorship Sales

In Advertising and Sponsorship, we seek enthusiastic people to help in ad sales and sponsorship opportunities. Personality and creativity will be winning qualities in the candidate we seek to help us execute our existing framework that provides a firm basis for the role.

Joining our team means you share an interest to see the convention thrive. All positions require a good deal of organization, responsibility, and self-motivation skill, where aspects of creativity and personality tend to shine forth.
