The cheese, chocolate & coffee tastings are all happening this year!
This year for the cheese tasting, we're going to examine the source of controversy
in food circles - raw milk cheeses. In North America, they're gradually becoming
more common despite stringent regulations - let's see what all the fuss is about!
*Please note that tickets for all of the tastings must be bought in advance from
registration, on a first come, first serve basis.
