Ad Astra is a volunteer, non-profit group who hold a convention every spring.
"Ad Astra" means "to the stars" and the focus of the group is on literary works
that fall into the speculative fiction genre (science fiction and fantasy). Our
convention attracts approximately 1,000 attendees. The convention guests are authors,
artists, editors and other professionals involved in the field and there
are readings, panel discussions etc.
